Job Description
- Develop and maintain the office operations.
- Schedule meetings and organize events.
- Organize orientations for new projects and inform the sales team with the date and time.
- Gather all ads from the sales team need to be posted in the newspaper and send them to the person in charge.
- Create and manage all whatsapp groups for the new projects by adding and removing sales members.
- Handle the call center and direct calls to the Sales Admin to take necessary action.
- Supervise and monitor the work of the back office staff (office boys).
- Check daily the company correspondences and reply to all inquiries.
- Organize the office layout, order stationary and equipment needed.
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Manage the office budgets.
- Provide general support to outside visitors.
- Share the contract sent from the developers with the Finance Dept. to take necessary actions.
- Prepare quarterly a report with the Agreements renewal due dates.
- Follow up with the Finance Dept. on invoices due dates (internet, phone line, Office rent, electricity.. etc.)
- Maintain with the HR Dept. the company policies.
- Handle all tasks assigned by the Top Management.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree from any discipline
- Females only
- English Proficiency: High Intermediate Level
- Computer Proficiency: Advanced Level MS Office Suite
- Working Conditions:
- Working days: from Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)
- Working hours: from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
