Job Description
- Monitors and follow-up the implementation and effectiveness of the hospital’s Quality Management and Improvement System.
- Researches and designs appropriate hospital-wide performance and quality training
- Monitor the effective compliance to the hospital policies and procedures.
- Support the adoption of international healthcare quality standards.
- Manage the reporting cycle and investigation of occurrence variance reports
- Coordinates different quality and performance initiatives to ensure alignment and optimal use of resources.
- Coordinates performance management and quality improvement capacity building for all levels of management and employees.
- Coordinates the Quality Council.
Job Requirements
- Medical, Dentistry or Pharmacy degree
- Certified professional in healthcare quality
- And/or Total quality management diploma
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent statistical analysis skills.
