Job Description
- Developing effective sales plans using a suitable sales methodology
- Develop negotiation strategies and positions by studying the integration of new ventures, ideas and possibly platforms with the company’s strategy and operations
- Examining risks and potentials as well as estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Develop and implement plans to reach a large base of clients in an efficient and sustainable way.
- Propose company services that best meet the potential clients business needs.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, develop and negotiate contracts in collaboration with the legal team as well as integrate contract requirements with business operations.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.

- Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand
- have good track record of meeting targets & Preparing Annual Business Plan.
- have experience in interacting with inter department to execute sales order.
- Understanding engineering drawings and technical aspects of selling.

Job Requirements
- Master or Engineering bachelor degree
- Background in Steel fabrication and/or mechanical handling equipment
- Fundamental knowledge of commercial and contract language
- Expertise in sale and marketing
