Job Description
- Develop, implement and manage BasharSoft’s social media strategy.
- Define most important social media KPIs.
- Manage and oversee social media content.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Search and use social media marketing tools.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Collaborate with other Marketing functions to optimize results.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Hire, manage and train others in the team.
- Guide and support team into achieving team objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study.
- At least 5 years of experience in the same field, and managing a team before is a must.
- Full knowledge of all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.
- Detail-orientation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Strong presentation skills
