Job Description
- Participating in setting production plans, production standards and measures for cost control and performance efficiency with the Planning Department, the General Manager and the Managing Director.
- Supervising the productive process areas (sorting - extracting - evaporators - packing and casting) and ensuring that all workers adhere to health requirements and wear their protection tasks.
- Participating in setting the necessary training needs for workers in the Operation Department.
- Ensure that the factory’s occupational safety and health instructions are applied and fire-fighting.
- Work to achieve the maximum production capacity for each production line, while achieving the quality and safety required for the final product.
- Coordination and organization of work between the work schedules and making sure of the regularity of work during changing the shift in coordination with administrative affairs.
- Monitor production records and ensure their consistency as required.
- Ensure that losses are minimized, maintain the level of productive efficiency, and prepare a periodic report on losses.
- Submit a daily report on the production process to the Manager of the Operation and Maintenance Department.
- Follow up the implementation of work procedures and operating instructions for quality systems, food safety and occupational safety and health, and communicate the policy to all employees.
- Supervising the handling of the generated waste during the production process in the factory
- Participate in the business report taken regarding cases of non-conformity with quality systems, food safety and occupational safety and health.
- Follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive measures related to production management related to quality systems, food safety, occupational safety and health.
- Carry out an analysis and evaluation of the risks resulting from the production work, which affect the safety and health of products and workers.
Job Requirements
- The Location of the factory will be at el Sadat City, Accommodation is available as sometimes it will be needed
- Manufacturing FMCG is a must
- Experience more than 10 years
