Job Description

  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Service Center
  • Elaborate and implement the strategies for the development of the Service Center
  • Develop installation & maintenance procedures and ensure the implementation.
  • Manage the support team.
  • Push initiatives to develop the Support Service.
  • Work closely with the Support Team to put in place effective Service Operations Processes.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to ensure high levels of support are maintained.
  • Act as a point of escalation for the Client.
  • Report regularly to the direct manager all the work activities.
  • Ensure high quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all service arrangements
  • Maintenance budget: Proposing and managing the annual maintenance budget. Monitoring the costs and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and determining actions to cost issues as necessary.
  • CMMS: Maintaining and developing a computer maintenance management system. Maintaining historical data, reporting, assets update, spare parts usage and following up service request and its progress with the team dealing.
  • Maintenance KPI’s: Maintaining maintenance objectives, targets and KPI’s and the outcome maintenance master plan with required investments to meet the strategy of the business, following strategic plans for the medium term to enhance the factory facilities for both current and prescribed future needs.
  • People leadership and development: Ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ Years of experience, experience in LCD screens maintenance is preferred
  • Bachelor of Engineering ( Electronics or Electrical Engineering )
  • A car owner is preferred
  • Arabic and English language skills are a must
  • Customer care skills
