Job Description
- Continuously following for all national foods law and other regulation requirements.
- Leads the quality team in order to establish and maintain highest quality levels of products.
- Leads, develops, manages the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the Quality.
- Supervises the quality activities in all production stages.
- Identifies and defines projects to reduce consumer complaints.
- Identifies and defines projects to reduce factory waste.
- Identifies gaps and drives improvements through structured work plans and KPIs
- Implements Quality Management Systems and assess performance
- Ensures compliance of the audit programs for internal and external audits
- Ensures that testing methods and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated
- Ensures the effective operation of the HACCP and Food Safety teams.
- Drives Hygiene and programs across the whole factory and branches.
- Promotes quality awareness and ownership across the whole factory (maintenance, production warehouse teams).
- Monitors performance by gathering relevant data and producing monthly reports.
- Ensures compliance with national standards and legislation.
- Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
- Manages efficiently the budget allocated.
Job Requirements
- Fully understanding for HACCP and food safety principles.
- Familiar with all audit’s rules and management.
- Have knowledge in the area of products benchmarked and competitors.
- FMCG background is must.
- 7 years’ experience in the same position at least.
- Prefer 6 October residence and nearest other areas.
