Job Description
- Lead, direct, and motivate the consultant’s team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives, and act as the key player for closing the deals.
- Hire a property consultant’s team.
- Implement and revise sales strategies and plans.
- Provide a professional, and excellent level of customer service with existing, and new customers.
- Supervise property consultants in your team and the shift that you are scheduled.
- Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the management.
- Create reports showing achieved sales, conversion rates, adherence, and attendance, etc.
- Make sure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures (example: dress code, eating food at station, cell phone usage, etc.)
- Deliver positive feedback, Employee Rewards and Customer Recognition to employees
- Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager.
- Monitors calls, provide feedback to consultants and update them on sales, conversion rates.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in the same position
- Excellent command of English
- Perfect user of Microsoft office
- Time Management Skills
- Experienced in establishing long-lasting relationships
