Job Description

  • Lead, direct, and motivate the consultant’s team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives, and act as the key player for closing the deals.
  • Hire a property consultant’s team.
  • Implement and revise sales strategies and plans.
  • Provide a professional, and excellent level of customer service with existing, and new customers.
  • Supervise property consultants in your team and the shift that you are scheduled.
  • Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the management.
  • Create reports showing achieved sales, conversion rates, adherence, and attendance, etc.
  • Make sure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures (example: dress code, eating food at station, cell phone usage, etc.)
  • Deliver positive feedback, Employee Rewards and Customer Recognition to employees
  • Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager.
  • Monitors calls, provide feedback to consultants and update them on sales, conversion rates.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in the same position
  • Excellent command of English
  • Perfect user of Microsoft office
  • Time Management Skills
  • Experienced in establishing long-lasting relationships
  • Utilize technology effectively
  • Presentable
  • Must own a car
