Job Description
- Ensures the reliable performance of ERP systems (based on IBM Maximo)
- Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems.
- Configuring network hardware like servers, routers and switches
- Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
- Recommends new features or changes to configuration/ workflows based on user feedback
- Managing and troubleshooting any end-user equipment printers, scanner
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English (written, spoken ) is a plus
- work experience as an IT support and System Admin or similar role
- Bachelor's degree is a must
- Skill and experience in hardware, software & network troubleshooting
