Job Description
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Define the most important social media KPI's.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Support the strategic direction of campaigns across paid channels
- Responsible for executing on new opportunities to expand and improve lead-generating initiatives through paid media.
- Optimize online audience criteria according to the brand set strategies and run ads according to the suggested spending budgets
- Coordinate launch of media campaigns with different departments
- Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies
- Track and report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI's for the demand generation program.
- Leverage web analytics to evaluate audience behavior, paid channel attribution, engagement, and acquisition.
- Direct and coordinate the development of digital creative including display ads, landing pages, and paid search text.
- Manage online advertising budget.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Identify buyer persona to better target identified audiences
- Work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and operations to develop and optimize paid campaigns and reports.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of Strong proven experience in the digital advertisement field, at least 2 years of focused experience planning and/or executing programmatic campaigns
- Extensive experience managing Google AdWords and Google Analytics with search, display, video, and social media advertising proficiency
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to analyze paid performance and communicate insights to various stakeholders
- Very detailed-oriented in their work, and proactively recommends solutions to improve performance and operational efficiency
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing multiple projects
- Demonstrates a high level of written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong Excel knowledge and skills
- Strong attention to details

- Cultural or Educational background
- Agencies background at least 2 years of Exp.
- Fluent in English.
