Job Description

  • Make Collection calls for overdue instalments for collection and report calls productivity on a weekly basis.
  • Submit noncollectable accounts for the direct manager.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone & meetings.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Report in a timely manner overdue instalments collection status Performs other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the customer service department.

Job Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Experience: 5 - 7 years in Real Estate.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Gender / Any.
  • Age : Not less 35
  • Excellent presentation and communication .
  • Working Location: Nassr City
