Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Follow-up on the issued and pending invoices, expenses, and other related minor accounting issues and communicates to the Finance Function for approval.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • Summarizing management reports, attending and facilitating top level meetings.
  • Maintain professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Females only.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is a must.
  • Very Good Command of English.
  • Flexibility to work extra hours, remotely, or weekends when required.
  • Flexibility to travel inside or outside Egypt. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good relationship building and excellent team player.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and in different environment.
  • Problems solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail.
  • Accept challenges and able to meet deadlines.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
  • This job is often privy to confidential information and as such, requires discretion and diplomacy.
