Main Job Duties:
- Ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and may manage a team of administrative or support staff.
- Organizing meetings and managing databases.
- Booking transport and accommodation.
- Organizing company events or conferences meetings.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
- Managing office budgets.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- Delegating tasks to junior employees.
- Attending meetings with senior management.
Job Requirements
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Knowledge of software packages.
- Knowledge of booking program.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills.
