Devising, implementing, and executing effective merchandising strategies, directing the design team for reaching the target.
Coordinating with the product managers, and showroom management to come up with creative and artistic in-store displays, update product setup, get the requirements and the mood of these new products, and accordingly conceptualize new and fresh store design ideas.
Monitor competitor performance in the local area and communicate observations to leaders and stores.
Assisting with seasonal floor sets, window fronts, and other merchandising needs as requested by product managers upon sales results.
Responsible for executing monthly visual merchandising visits to all showrooms to ensure in-store brand presentations are up to standards, product focus is aligned with our goals, in addition to reporting the issues. 6. Responsible for contacting and coordinating with the maintenance team for the repair or replacement of damaged merchandise upon the regular check monthly report
Identifying budgets of newly designed platforms in any segment.

Excellent knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices of designing new ways of products presentation.
Analyzing sales merchandising reports and survey results, in addition to having an awareness of marketing and pricing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills verbally and written.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Applied Arts.
Good in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, or other design programs.
Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Experience level at least from 3 to 5 years
background office and home furniture industry is the must .
