Job Description
- Preparing and presenting design proposals
- Producing concept, schematic & detailed drawings
- Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
- Co-ordinating the work
- Making site visits to check on progress
- Dealing with problems that might come up during construction.
Job Requirements
- Architectural Engineering bachelor or higher is a must.
- Solid experience in architecture and interior design projects.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination (ARCH, STR, MEP, Landscape, ... )
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality and administrative sectors.
- Able to present his/her ideas and deal with project owners and clients.
- Proven experience of team management.
