Job Description
- Evaluating, developing, and maintaining marketing strategy of the company in line with company objectives.
- Evaluating market updates and identifying potential new customers.
- Coordinate with advertising agency to develop short term/long term advertising plan.
- Developing marketing budget, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.
- Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
- Organizing company conferences, trade shows, major events, and marketing campaigns.
- Building brand awareness.
- Directing, planning, and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Communicating the marketing plan to subordinates and concerned departments.
- Evaluating competitors, and modify company plans and strategies accordingly.
- Handling social media, public relation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- Master degree in marketing is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of website analytical tools.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager is a must.
- More than 8 year experience in marketing field is a must (3 of them in Real estate investment).
- High communication skills.
- Very good at English language.
