Job Description
The Front Office is expected to undertake the following responsibilities in accordance with the ERC general strategy:
- Handling the organization and achieving medical files and other documents related to activities taking place in the hub.
- Receiving calls and responding to inquiries during the working hours of the hub.
- Updating beneficiaries’ data and opening new files.
- Handling logistical and supply related requirements of the hub.
- Organizing the entry and workflow of beneficiaries within the hub.
- Supporting in the organization of training, workshops, and meetings taking place in the hub.
- Maintain the schedule of activities taking place in the hub.
- Perform other tasks as delegated by the project manager.
Job Requirements
- University degree with a minimum of 1-3 years of successful experience in project implementation with NGO.
- Previous experience working in the same position.
- Previous experience in dealing with different nationalities and ages is preferable.
- Excellent Computer literacy (word and excel)
- Very good working knowledge of English and Arabic (reading and writing).
