Job Description
- The Account Manager is responsible for managing an array of accounts; achieving high sales targets and overseeing the work of account executives.
- Account Managers are also responsible for building relationships with new clients and leading team productivity.
- Maintaining the company’s existing relationship with a client or group of clients in order that they will continue using the company for business
- Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients
- Managing the employer’s client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support.
- Leading, training, and managing other members of the account management team and dealing with any issues that may arise.
- Generating ways to attract new clients.
- Liaising with clients in order to identify their needs.
- Achieving high sales targets and goals while motivating account executives to do the same.
- Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
- Giving sales presentations to high-level executives.
- Feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to senior staff.
- Dealing with client requests.
- Designing marketing strategies and media proposals for a product or service.
- Ensuring that clients pay on time.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 Years of experience in the same industry
- A university degree with an appropriate specialization ( AUC, GUC, MIU, BUE grades are our best choice
- Very Presentable
- Fluency in English Language is a Must
- Gender: Females
- Car Owner is highly preferable
- New Cairo or nearby areas residents only
- Work Location: New Cairo, Industrial Zone
