Job Description and Responsibilities
I. Strategic & Managerial Responsibilities
- Pricing Strategy: Develop pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and competitor benchmarks.
- Cost & Profitability Analysis: Break down cost components to ensure profitable and fair pricing.
- Financial Modeling: Build dynamic pricing models accounting for seasonality, demand, cost projections, and revenue forecasting.
- Policy & Procedure Development: Establish internal frameworks to maintain consistent and sustainable pricing.
- Decision Support: Provide quantitative and qualitative pricing recommendations to senior management and commercial teams.
- II. Operational & Administrative Responsibilities
- Data Gathering & Market Analysis: Track competitor pricing, analyze operational costs, and assess logistics market trends.
- Service Pricing: Set pricing structures for new services, discount schemes, and negotiate rates with major clients.
- Daily Monitoring: Evaluate pricing impact on unit sales, profitability, and order volumes.
- Regular Reporting: Deliver monthly/quarterly reports on pricing effectiveness and suggest necessary adjustments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with commercial, operations, and finance departments to ensure coherent pricing alignment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all pricing practices comply with competition laws and local regulations.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or a related analytical role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful pricing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience working in a hybrid workplace arrangement, balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
