Account Manager

Account Manager job description:

• Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting clients' relationships.
• Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
• Preparing digital and community building strategies.
• Developing a plan that connects the brand to the online consumer.
• Helping cross-functional teams develop and evolve ideas to bring together brand goals, retailer objectives and consumer needs.
• Developing solutions to meet clients’ brand objectives based on consumer insight and data. -Spotting trends and technologies that play roles in consumers' lives, as well as familiarity with SEM/SEO strategies.
• Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Providing day-to-day supervision and execution of client campaigns including (and not limited to) social media channel and community management, content creation, digital public relations, promotions, partnerships, blogging, online events, etc.
• Developing new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Managing resources and work closely with the General Manager to ensure campaigns are on strategy, time and targets.
• Preparing reports on accounts' status.
• Staying updated with the social media trends and proactively plan for ongoing campaigns based on the social mood of the community. (And moderate the brainstorming sessions if needed).
• Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Understanding basic research techniques and methodologies and use them to support development/execution of clients' campaigns.
