Distribution Sales Manager - Mattresses

Main Job Duties:

• Manage and lead the sales team in achieving sales volume and profit.
• Contribute to the company's growth by maintaining profitable relation ship with existing customers and generating new business streams and achieving sales targets.
• Set Individual and regional sales target , forecasts , budgets , and develop or adjust sales long term and midterm strategy (on yearly basis)in consultation with the management team.
• Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research on competitors and customers.
• Train and supervise sales team with their projects.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors , identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiation.
