Job Description
Responsible For The Commercial Part:
- Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs.
- Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
- Preparation of BOQ.
- Prepare contracts and documents.
- Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.
- Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs.
- Track changes in construction and update budgets.
- Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
- Hire and document contractors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with site engineers and conduct site visits.
- Prepare payments for contractors and subcontractors.
- Document progress, materials, and reports on project.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and subcontractors.
- Analyze completed projects and compare costs.
- Cost Control and Record of actual vs. planned.
- Prepare and analyze payment certificate for subcontractors.
Job Requirements
- Experience: from 6 to 10 years.
- Excellent experience in Quantity Take-Off and for Civil/ Architecture.
- Knowledge in MEP Take Off is preferred.
- Pricing Analysis and break down is a must.
- Cost Estimate tender is a must.
- Tender and contract procedures (FIDIC knowledge) is highly recommended.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
