Job Description
We are looking for a M.I.C.E. Manager (Meetings, Incentives, Congress & Events) for our organization in Hurghada.
Carrying out incentive, sport - a hobby, congress, seminar and close group sales and after-sales process, and able to manage necessary communication, info flow and coordination with companies.
- Establish new sales channels by expanding the company's customer network,
- Conduct corporate market research
- Sales and marketing analysis, able to plan,
- Will be responsible for establishing and developing relations at the corporate level,
- Carry out existing corporate customer relations and bring more customers to the organization,
- To expand current customer portfolio,
- Perform regular corporate customer visits and report the results,
- Will manage all M.I.C.E team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university or higher,
- At least 7 years experience in M.I.C.E. organizations, at least 2 years of in managerial level,
- Experienced in planning and purchasing,
- Project planning and able to make quotation,
- Analytic, have good communication skill, high persuasion skill,
- Very good level of command English,
- Good level of MS Office applications,
- The military obligation must be completed or
- Able to travel domestically and internationally,
- Able to work in flexible hours
