Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target for new units, trade-ins, accessories, and insurance policies.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service, achieve or exceed CSI objectives, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales
- Adhere to the company’s sales and prospecting systems, achieve or exceed the target on a number of prospects logged which ensures achievement of the company's business objectives
- Ensure that company procedures are adhered to while handling cash and credit customers to ensure the safety of cash and minimal chances of any loss
- Follow up with current and new customers thru telephone inquiries and showroom walk-ins
- Constantly improve and update knowledge, especially product range, features, general automotive industry, new features and their benefits, technical developments, market trends, selling techniques, and customer handling skills which in-turn enhance performance
Job Requirements
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Essential to have at least 2 years experience in a similar sales position in the automotive industry
- Degree education preferred, but not essential
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Good knowledge of MS Office products
- Able to deal effectively, openly and positively
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal), good command of the English Language
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to show initiative
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Self-motivated, reliable and confident, with a positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Competent to analyze the market situation, identify customer needs
- Possess organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to follow the sales process
