Job Description
- Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures.
- To continually review and improve security performance throughout the operation of the business unit, develop and implement security strategies in line with the company business plan, enhancing organizational capacity.
- Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
- Oversees preparation of wages, ensuring that wages paid out are accurate.
- Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs.
- Review reports on incidents and make the necessary investigations.
- Monitors leave days accrued, ensuring that guards go on rest and leave days are kept within maximum limit for each guard.
- Ensures efficient management of subordinates, ensuring that morale is high, staff is well trained, productivity of staff is developed, promotion for guards on place.
- Sets up performance analysis/monitoring reports and carefully analyze them ensuring good service levels are met.
- Respond to clients meetings and make sure that the daily operations for sites are running smoothly and with no delay.
- Handling new openings for sites and make the necessary start up procedures.
- Advise the top management with operations needs and get the approvals for any financial issues.
Job Requirements
- Bsc. Military or Ex- police academic
- Excellent MS office, very good English language
- Excellent leader ship skills.
- Candidate must have relevant experience in Security Field.
