Job Description

OLE PURPOSE:

  • A receptionist/Greeter will be the first point of contact for all AFA customer who visits the automotive branches, receives all customers at the reception by greeting, welcoming, and directing appropriately. Answers, screens and forwards all incoming calls.
  • Notify on time the branch associates of customers / visitor’s arrival for prompt assistance, ensures the clients are in the customer lounge, comfortable and receives refreshments while they wait for the representatives to attend, all time pleasant and warm experience is provided to all the customers which supports branch to achieve sales targets and improve the locations and brands CSV & NPS.

KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Specify the output required from the role. It is recommended to identify not more than 6-8 key tasks and their performance indicators. NB – Focus on outcomes not tasks.
  • Demonstrates an ability of highest warm welcome standards while customers are received in the showrooms and devise ways of continuous improvements to achieve highest scores on “Special” & “Welcome” as part of SWEPT
  • Effectively able to articulate with the initial information gathered from the customer during welcome, the purpose of visit in the branch and able to direct with no delays to right department, associate or lounge and offer beverage while waiting
  • Efficiently uses Fastrack appointment log to ensure the appointed customers are directed to right associates on time
  • Record new walk-in customers count and the referred sales executive details for a branch managers & showroom managers visibility to improve sales through tracking the daily business opportunities and follow the brand / branch process to fairly allocate new walk-in customers to sales executives
  • Demonstrates a Warm send off to all customers while exiting the showroom with a “Thank you & see you again” message and to increase the “Special & Personal” CSV

Job Requirements

PERSON SPECIFIC:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum Experience and Knowledge: Sales Operations Experience in running a team effectively
  • Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks
