Job Description
- Coordinate with various divisions in the company to achieve strategic goals of company in export business.
- Prepare and get agreement to an annual exports sales plan and budget for company products, which will meet company budget and business planning requirements
- Promptly addressing all problems that may develop within the exports department including writing a detailed report to keep on file
- Establish new as well as manage relation with current main importers, traders and offshore wholesales to ensure meeting of their financial and order commitments to the company through close monitoring receiving market feedback and visits.
- Continually attempting to penetrate new markets and establish the company image as a good international brand in different region.
- Handling all export activities and develop company’s export sales including researching customers’ needs and requirements.
- Identifying new export opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries.
- Carrying out market research and study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies.
- Negotiating sales contracts.
- Attending Trade Shows and Exhibitions.
- Preparing sales reports and correspondences in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in export sales (15+ years).
- Experience in FMCG industry is a MUST.
- Proficiency in English Language is a MUST.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Effective report writing skills.
- Willing to travel abroad.
