Job Description
- Provides help & assists non-IT users within the organization who are having computers or applications problems
- Walking customers through the process of installing software on their computers and launching those programs for the first time
- Helping troubleshoot software problems and provide actionable tips to resolve the issue
- Responsible for a variety of recovery tasks; including installing, testing replacement hardware & software.. etc.)
- Taking over control of a customer’s computer remotely to resolve issues
- Working hours are Sunday through Thursday 8:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Job Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
