Job Description

  • Provides help & assists non-IT users within the organization who are having computers or applications problems
  • Walking customers through the process of installing software on their computers and launching those programs for the first time
  • Helping troubleshoot software problems and provide actionable tips to resolve the issue
  • Responsible for a variety of recovery tasks; including installing, testing replacement hardware & software.. etc.)
  • Taking over control of a customer’s computer remotely to resolve issues
  • Working hours are Sunday through Thursday 8:30 PM to 5:00 PM

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-service oriented
