Job Description
- Daily monitoring of the shipments and the schedules of loading on the management software; Keep
- Contacts with the suppliers shipping companies and trucks companies; Record the invoices and
- Check the balance of the sales contracts; Ask for the freight quotations; Do the bookings;
- Control the status of the shipping documents, and make sure that they will arrive on time
- Draw up reports of the shipments for the purchasing department.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate from any related Discpline.
