Job Description
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Lead an organization of Solution Engineers responsible for our NetSuite Application across multiple industries and solutions, consisting of ~10 experienced Solution Engineers (Presales)
- Develop and implement an efficient, focused, Solution Engineering strategy, to support the growth of the business
- Develop a team of talented individuals who continuously innovate and collaborate with each other, and their sales colleagues, to secure Oracle solution selection with our customers
- Maximise collaboration with the Sales Leadership and Sales teams, to help the business achieve revenue goals through your team of Solution Engineers’ contribution to their success
- Monitor, measure and implement change as required to ensure achievement of goals against agreed KPIs, business growth expectations and win rate
- Ensure alignment between revenue generating activities and engagements, mobilizing an agile and profitable use of resources across the eco-system
- Work with a wide variety of stakeholders located in EMEA who can help you achieve our goals
- Continuously develop your own and your team’s skills and competencies
Job Requirements
WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED?
- Proven experience in recruiting, hiring and leading large and diverse teams
- Proven track record of executing Solution Engineering successes & influencing complex deals
- Ability to lead, influence, collaborate and communicate with internal & external senior stakeholders across large Organisations
- High levels of energy, passion, creativity and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and general leadership skills
- Depth of experience in leading change and organizational innovation
- Extensive experience in a Solution Engineering environment
- Proven Experience in managing large teams
- A strong understanding of Oracle’s ERP/EPM/SCM Applications product portfolio and SaaS offerings
- Thorough understanding of Solution Engineering Services and Value Propositions
- Understanding of Oracle’s go-to-market strategy and value proposition, is essential
- Strong academic background from one of: IT, Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, MBA, etc.
- Fluency in English is essential
- Fluency in English French is a plus
