About the Job
  • As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Offering administrative support across the organization.
  • Welcome guests and greet visitors
  • Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
  • Deal directly with customers by telephone.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Perform customer verification and follow up.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the Maintenance manager.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and send it to Direct Manager.
Job Requirements
  • BSc. degree in Business Administration or any other related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience on an Administrative level.
  • Customer service background is an asset.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office representative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
