Position: SEM Strategist

Position type: Full time

We are looking for an SEM Strategist who is willing to learn new skills in order to grow himself and in return grow our agency.

What You'll Get To Do:

  • Research, develop and implement advanced SEM strategies and campaigns across client accounts. This includes competitive analysis, keyword research, ad copy development, and testing, bid optimization as well as numerous micro-optimizations.
  • Stay current on industry trends and upcoming technology, channels and online marketing strategies.
  • Provide support to a team of paid advertising & search engine optimization specialists, assisting them with routine tasks.
  • Build, run and optimize campaigns for a variety of different industries
  • Research clients' websites to understand online goals and objectives. Develop keywords and phrases relevant to their business model
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Proactively make strategic campaign recommendations to clients during our setup period when we are creating our Digital Marketing Strategy.
  • Analyze clients business goals and translate them into digital S.M.A.R.T goals.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related discipline
  • In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Re-marketing)
  • Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns
  • Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Work closely with the different departments in the agency to make sure that you're on track in delivering the strategy, content & Ad calendar, reports, etc.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus
  • Google Analytics Certification is a plus
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification is a plus
