Job Description
The Fresh Pack is Hiring social media Moderators with the following details:
- Handling all the client's inquires in the SM platforms.
- Document all the orders on the system.
- Providing clients with proper support in any needs.
- Working hours are 7 hours daily / 5 days a week.
- Shifts are starting from 9 Am to 4 PM & 4 PM to 11 PM ( on a rotational basis, every agent have 5 shifts per week)
- Salary is: 2000 EGP/Month

- A very good English skill is a must!
- Very good command of Excel skills.
