Job Description
- Deals with and supervises research agencies.
- Analyzes, interprets, reports and delivers qualitative the research data, including reports that demonstrate the final outputs of projects.

Interfaces between Market Research and Business Analytics to synthesize internal database information.

Exhibits analytical techniques knowledge and studies.
- Displays commitment to high quality, cost effective and timely research.
- Coordinates with TMG's Marketing team to design and evaluate marketing campaigns.
- Develops and executes customer opinion studies through quantitative and qualitative market research studies.
- Performs market segmentation research and develops customer engagement strategies.
- Researches and develops customer retention strategies.
- Manages sampling plans and performs statistical analysis on time series regression.
- Investigates market conditions, determines opportunities and creates corresponding solutions to customer concerns.
- Creates various reports and findings to disseminate market information to top management on time.
- Handles primary and secondary market research and gathers, analyzes and disseminates information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Post graduate studies is a plus.
- Attention to details and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in real-estate is an asset.
