- Develops detailed design elements using information from various sources, that includes but not limited to ;site studies, tender drawings, engineering sketches, reference drawing.
- Study and analyse all contract documents of the assigned project.
- Prepare technical material submittals
- Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals
- Managing the cost analysis and cost control of site activities
- Review third-party invoices & client invoices
- Follow-up with subcontractors during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms, performance and payments
- Maintaining organized and detailed project records

- Bsc. in civil or Arch engineering from a reputable university .
- Excellent English language Communication Skills.
- Excellent computer skills
- Min. 15 year's experience as Technical office engineer with Min 5 years as manager .
- Previous experience in construction companies is a must
