  • The overall vision is to build the partner base of Careem NOW (Both B2B and B2C) as well as manage these accounts. Grow merchant GMV and better the experience for the Customer by analysing data.
  • This role is responsible for training all signed partners and setting them live on the Careem NOW platform to start taking orders. It will also be this person responsibility to handle all merchant related cancellations such as Item unavailability.
  • You will work with a team which is very close, they all work together to achieve a common goal and are always willing to help each other out should the need arise
  • Ability to work independently and manage their time efficiently, the ability to clearly communicate and train restaurants staff. They will need to be patient as well
  • You will be trained on how to bring restaurants up to date with our merchant dashboard, they will then hit the ground running and get restaurants live on the platform.
  • Your goal is to focus on the quality aspect of the role, making sure all experience metrics are within target
