Job Description

  • Full responsibility for installing and updating all software used on computers in various branches and departments (e.g. Java, Office, P.O.S Application, Firefox).
  • Back up the fully damaged volumes (Hard Desk).
  • Responsibility for the installation of new branches in terms of the collection of computers in the branch as well as all connections from the network wires and its various devices in the branch (Router, Switch) and fingerprint devices .
  • Follow-up problems of various branches and departments through telephone or e-mail or go to the branch in the case of need to do so, on a daily basis, including (problems of hardware such as problems of hard and board and ventilation fan and damage to the printer heater, and problems of software, including problems of non-response to Windows to work) To solve them either by changing the spare parts causing the problem or reinstalling the programs that caused the problem on a daily basis.
  • Full responsibility for the periodic maintenance of the branches in the form of cleaning, arranging and renewing the wiring, as well as cleaning the devices in the branch and checking the work of the devices in order to avoid problems, and periodically every three months.

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in an information technology related field
  • Ability to work solo or part of the team.
  • Ability to handle multitasking
  • Basic usage skills for the operating system and networks.
  • Advanced Office skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of remote access applications
  • Must be Giza residence
  • Maximum age : 28
