- File the Excuse form in employee file
- Complete Social Insurance 6
- Submit related documents to employee
- File the mentioned documents in employee file
- Identify contracts need to be renewed and send to Department Heads
- Request print from social insurance office and review with form 2 draft
- Complete form 2 and submit to social insurance office
- Prepare HR Letter
