Job Description

  • Read the pricing invitation and make a summary of the project and an initial cost of the project
  • Participate in making a decision about pricing a project or not with the department's management
  • Reviewing the technical studies of the Tender documents
  • Approving item packages for contractors and suppliers and following up on obtaining a quotation
  • Make an initial cost estimate for the total Tender cost
  • Preparing the daily and monthly report
  • Participate in the implementation of department policies and procedures.
  • Participate in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the management  for discussion and correct resolution.
  • Taking out an integrated project and coordinating between all the people concerned with pricing and communicating with the CEO through the official ways if needed.
  • Participation with the Board management in setting the project's profit policy and drafting the contractual points of the projects.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc of Civil Engineering 
  • 10-15 years of experience in tendering and cost estimation 
  • Construction experience is a must 
  • PMP Certified is preferred
