Job Description

  • Follow up on the execution of the decisions taken in meetings with all department managers.
  • Assure that the meeting's decisions is being executed by the managers.
  • Distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of a regularly scheduled meeting.
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Preferred banking experience
  • Proven admin or assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Reporting skills.
  • Administrative writing skills.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic & English language.
  • Maximum age 30
