Job Description

  • Setting up interviews, and other assistance as needed
  • Support current and future business needs through the development,
  • engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Processing of all data needed for New Hires and Contract employees
  • Setup and assist with maintenance of personnel files.
  • Help in setting up and maintaining employees benefit plans
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Great Positive Attitude!
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources Positions
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and well organized. Must be detail-oriented
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, Good working knowledge of computer systems, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent organizational management skills.
