Job Description
- Supervises the Sales team to ensure the achievement of the monthly sales target value/placement.
- Carries responsibility for reviewing the daily results per salesman and sending it to the OR Sales Manager.
- Monitors competitor prices/activities and reports it to the OR Sales Manager and recommends action plans.
- Conducts market visits to ensure service level.
- Splits monthly target/plan per value and store place for each Sales Promoter.
- Conducting daily coaching (classroom and on the job) to the sales team
- Handling customers complains and objections
- Ensure a high level of discipline in the sales team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree with relevant disciplines
- Experience from 2 to 4 years in the same position-Maximum Age 32
- Excellent in English both written and verbal.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint).
- Aware of the iRetail system.
- Talented in selling with a presentable manner
- Excellent customer management skills, strong interpersonal skills.
- Communicating effectively with high negotiation and persuasion skills
- Driving for result and details oriented
- Own a car - valid driving license
