Job Description

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Handling different topics in quality monitored pattern.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Enter new customer information into system.
  • Update existing customer information.
  • Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Describe products and services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of pharmaceutical science 2018 at least
  • Experience in reputable pharmacy company one year at least
  • Able to work under stress
  • Able to work in rotational shifts
  • Able to work in timely managed environment
  • Good Command of English
  • Well knowledge of MS Office with quick typing skill
