Job Description
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Handling different topics in quality monitored pattern.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Enter new customer information into system.
- Update existing customer information.
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Describe products and services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of pharmaceutical science 2018 at least
- Experience in reputable pharmacy company one year at least
- Able to work under stress
- Able to work in rotational shifts
- Able to work in timely managed environment
- Good Command of English
- Well knowledge of MS Office with quick typing skill
