Telesales Agent

Your duties will include:

• Managing your own client data base on a regular basis.
• Updating and managing an online CRM system/ XL spreadsheet.
• Cold calling off a Dialler
• Objection handling.
• As a member of the team you will be:
• Meeting and exceeding weekly / Monthly targets.
• Have great time management.
• Be money motivated
• Must have a positive mentality.
• Confident and well-mannered on the telephone.
• Experience in telesales is not essential but is preferred, full training will be given to all staff to ensure that you are confident to succeed in your new role.
