Job Description

  • Call all the reps. to register their Market visits on the system.
  • Calling customers to make confirmation regarding receiving the grantee certificate.
  • Receiving calls from customers and handling their complaints and inquiries.
  • Handling Customer complaints and report them to the CS Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Very good in dealing with Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handling customers.
  • Giza residents are preferred.
