Job Description
- Call all the reps. to register their Market visits on the system.
- Calling customers to make confirmation regarding receiving the grantee certificate.
- Receiving calls from customers and handling their complaints and inquiries.
- Handling Customer complaints and report them to the CS Manager.
Job Requirements
- Very good in dealing with Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handling customers.
- Giza residents are preferred.
