Job Description
- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Follow the company Process Flow Charts and interact with other departments when required
- Assure timely and accurate reporting
- Apply clear communication strategies
- Identify training requirements
- Technical review of Tender documents
- Review of cost estimates before bid submission
- Contract review before project handover
- Planning and coordination of activities
- Review assigned budget
- Create Purchase requisitions when required
- Job Safety Analysis
- Follow up on Invoice approvals
- Ensure tool/MP rent is paid on time
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant);
- Certification in Project Management(PMP) with current validity.
- Min 10 years of operation planning experience;
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal);
- Project execution within scope, on time, according to budget and customer satisfaction
- Ensure safety is paramount in all activities
- Timely reports submission
- Perform Commercial project reviews with PMs on dedicated project milestones
