Job Description
- Provide highly and excellent customer service.
- Work with Active directory (create users, groups and reset password), Lync 2010 (create users accounts)
- Prepare hardware installation(laptops and printers)
- Software installation for ELTC devices
- Troubleshooting Hardware (Laptops, PCs and printers) , troubleshooting windows (7, 8 and 10)
- Troubleshooting ELTC and Microsoft applications
Job Requirements
- University Graduate (recommended Engineering)
- Working using multitasking concept.
- Good understanding of IT Team activities including the core process, procedures and how they fit in with other teams
- Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings, weekends and on call.
- Regular travel required.
- Good knowledge in SCCM
- Good knowledge in Antivirus and security applications
