About the Job

Position Summary

  • This position is responsible for providing operation support for the different billers , partners and retail internal systems. Duties include operating the billers services , Partners Services and administration of the internal systems.
  • This position is ensure the service efficiency and providing the daily operation to the main systems as well. May be responsible for the internal systems monitoring.

Major Accountability

  • Provides Solutions that affect retail services, efficiency and productivity.
  • Configure and Archive Data for the billers services , Partners Services and the internal systems.
  • Basic troubleshooting and handle the billers services , Partners Services and the internal systems operations, and report any errors or bugs and participate in work around and applying solutions.
  • Monitor and ensure the availability of the application on a regular basis.
  • Test the new versions and patches of all the systems and report any errors or bugs.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science is a must.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in e-payment industry.
  • Billing experience is a must.
  • Leadership Skills.
  • Excellent in English language.
