Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the company.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies Equipment, Bills, Errands, Shopping
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email, redirect them or keep messages.
  • Handle visiting guests and suppliers while liaising with employees whom should meet them.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs

Job Requirements

  • Females only can Apply.
  • Bachelor's Degree at least.
  • Excellent English is a Must (reading, listening and writing).
  • Very Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • CV must include an updated photo.
