Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the company.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies Equipment, Bills, Errands, Shopping
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email, redirect them or keep messages.
- Handle visiting guests and suppliers while liaising with employees whom should meet them.
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Job Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree at least.
- Excellent English is a Must (reading, listening and writing).
- Very Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
