Job Description
- Manage reception ,answer phone calls and transfers them as necessary, Manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc. ,Hold updated telephone directory).
- Admin budget requesting , settling and manage purchase , control and keep updated record with office supplies in general .( Buffet , stationary and Papers, etc..)
- Manage Messengers and Buffet team by defining their responsibilities and distributing daily work tasks , manage their attendance to ensure high performance.
- Keep updated reference with legal documents .
- Handle any requests relevant to printing materials .
- Keep soft & hard files with T&D cars info , license renewal date, relevant property insurance document info .(mange with lawyer the needed documents for renewal)
- Facility Administration
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years experience working in office administration.
- Good user for MS office programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
